I am a creative communicator who thrives on concepting solutions that stick in people's minds. I've found myself at the beginning of the problem solving process, when the problem is big and it's my job to make the box smaller. And I've been there at the other end when I have to hit the tiny solution box with dexterous creativity. To say I enjoy one more than the other is like choosing between cookie dough and cookies - same satisfaction, different approach.
I started my career being a part of big teams, and now I lead big teams. Along the way I learned how to curate and build those teams, and that’s the greatest thing I’ve accomplished (so far). People are what we do - it’s who we work with to do the things and make the stuff and win the whatever to reach who we’re talking to. I’m a people-driven creative who knows how to work with the right people to resonate with the right people.
